The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping rounds out its full cast with two new members: Keiran Culkin, who plays the Games’ host Caesar Flickerman; and Elle Fanning, who will star as stylist and Capitol celebrity Effie Trinket.
Commenting on the cast, Lionsgate Motion Picture Group co-president Erin Westerman shared: “Kieran’s scene-stealing presence and undeniable charm are perfect for Caesar Flickerman, the sickeningly watchable host of Panem’s darkest spectacle. Stanley Tucci made Caesar unforgettable — and now Kieran will make the role entirely his own.”

Elizabeth Banks made her iconic — so who could honor that legacy while bringing us back to Effie’s early, most formative days? For us, there was only one answer. Lionsgate also revealed one more surprise up their sleeves: an open casting call, where one lucky fan would have the opportunity to join the cast of Sunrise on the Reaping, just by submitting a one-minute clip of themselves performing. The contest is currently only open to fans residing in the United States.
