Following its successful debut last year, the International TableTop Day Malaysia (ITTDMY) will be making a much-anticipated return this May 17 and 18. Once again taking place at Great Eastern Mall, this year’s celebration promises an even bigger gathering of analog gaming enthusiasts from Malaysia and beyond.
Organized by the KakiTabletop network of tabletop gaming communities, ITTDMY 2025 is a free-entry event dedicated to board games, miniature games, role-playing games (RPGs), and trading card games (TCGs), with each genre having its own dedicated space. While general admission is free, some workshops and sessions will require pre-registration and a small fee to pay.
Event Highlights
Board Games

Visitors can expect a showcase of local games, including titles such as Nasi Lemak Game, Drama Pukul 7, and Pantheon Wars, where attendees can meet local game designers and try their latest creations.
The local Othello community will also be present to recruit players to form a national team for international competitions. The event will also welcome the Singaporean designer of Rats to Riches and representatives from regional tabletop network #LaiPlayLeow.
Miniature Games

Hobby Outpost and Naga Minis will feature in the miniature gaming quadrant, highlighting both global titles like Warhammer and Malaysian-made miniatures. Activities include painting workshops supported by Paint Masters.
Roleplaying Games

Visitors can enjoy tabletop roleplaying game sessions hosted by Game Masters from Here Be Dragons and Nightshade Tavern, with walk-in and pre-booked sessions available.
Local RPG creators such as Centaur Games and Perfect Hole Productions will also be on site, alongside vendors like Wither & Bloom and Diceworks Collective, showcasing RPG-themed art, dice, and accessories.
Trading Card Games

Boards & Brews and Hobby Outpost will host learn-to-play sessions for popular TCGs including Magic: The Gathering, Flesh & Blood, and Grand Archive. Local TCG artist Eloneth will also make an appearance.
