Honor Of Kings Regional Esports Leagues Kick Off Across Seven Regions

Honor of Kings has officially launched its Regional Professional Leagues, with teams from seven regions now competing for a chance to qualify for the prestigious Honor of Kings World Cup (KWC) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The leagues include teams from Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Brazil, and more, competing through May and June. The winners will earn spots in the global KWC tournament, where 18 teams will battle it out, including, for the first time, a match-up against the KPL Spring Season Champion.

The tournaments are part of Honor of Kings’ effort to support esports at every level, from amateur players to global pros. Many of the competing teams qualified through the Open Series Split 3, which saw over 150,000 participants worldwide. Open Series Split 4 will be announced soon.

Key Regional Leagues and Dates:

  • Indonesia (IKL): April 11 – June 1 | Prize: $60,000
  • Malaysia (MKL): April 18 – June 8 | Prize: $60,000
  • Philippines (PKL): April 11 – June 8 | Prize: $45,000
  • Wildcard (WKS): May 16 – June 8 | Prize: $20,000
  • Major East (KME) & West (KMW): April 17 – May 4 | Prize: $50,000 each
  • Brazil (CHOKBR): May 16 – June 8 | Prize: $20,000
