Spook-tacular Things To Do At Cosplay Commuter 2019

It’s that time of the year again. The weather is getting chillier by day, and things are getting a little spookier around here. To celebrate the season, Cosplay Commuter is back in town for its 3rd year in a row, supported by RapidKL!

So, what do you exactly do at Cosplay Commuter? It is a free entry, team-based event where participants are grouped into teams of 10 to complete fun activities at selected LRT train stations. For an extra fun ride, dress up in your spookiest costumes and join us!

Not yet sold? Check out the list below for some of the fun activities you can expect at the event!

1. The award-winning Malaysian video game, No Straight Roads, makes a rocking appearance!

Tired of the generic rhythm games? We’ve got you covered. With a combination of rhythm and visual storytelling, Metronomik presents you their debut game, No Straight Roads. To sum things up, the “rhythm” aspects of the game are incorporated and transformed into actions.

Having a good sense of rhythm would be an advantage as lasers and rockets would be perfectly timed alongside the music, but you don’t need to have perfect rhythm to have a fun time either! Experience this action packed, beautifully crafted game firsthand at THE LINC KL from 10AM to 10PM.

What’s more – participants get to dance off to tracks from the game itself!

2. Meeples brings free-to-play board games to THE LINC KL!

Perhaps you are one of those who would prefer to stay indoors and chill. Fret not, we’ve got the right thing for you. Meeples, a board game cafe in SS15, is bringing along some board games this 19th October! There will be games such as Giant Katamino, We Will Rock You, Water, Stick Stack and many more. It’s going to be nothing but fun, so come join us!

3. Get free exclusive Cosplay Commuter photo frames at the Pica Pica booth!

Nothing beats having a physical copy of photos to look back and reminisce about the good memories. Things get more exciting when our sponsor Pica Pica offers exclusive Cosplay Commuter photo frames, designed by us! So drop by and get your free photo printed at PicaPica’s booth.

4. Spooky games & thrilling challenges await at the train stations!

Let’s not forget the main event of Cosplay Commuter, where you travel station by station jam packed with activities awaiting you. Collect stamps by visiting stations and stand a chance to win prizes. Check out the graphics below for a preview of the activities we have in store!
