Happy Broccoli Games, the team behind the much beloved Duck Detective series, have announced their next project at the Day of the Devs showcase earlier today. Apple Crumble is an interactive mystery thriller inspired by MOUTHWASHING and Knives Out.
The game starts at your grandma’s 84th birthday party. One of the guests is out to knife your Nan, but the question is – who? Explore your childhood home, reconnect with your dysfunctional family, and work out who you can trust before it’s time for tea in this short, twisty thriller.
This 60-90 minute long mystery thriller features a fully voiced cast of suspects, including your beloved grandma, your stressed-out mum, your midlife crisis uncle, the weird man in your bedroom, and yourself.
Apple Crumble comes to Windows, Mac, and Linux in 2026.
