Vladislav Tsopljak and Iain Garner, the exited founders of publisher Neon Doctrine, have reunited to form “Goldpact Goblins”, a new games services outfit that aims to support studios looking for community management, marketing, social media outreach, production, business development, focus testing, QA, branding, and strategy.
Supported by strategy and game success advisor Gordon Van Dyke, the company focuses on helping small to mid-sized developers tackle their biggest challenges with clever, practical, and inventive strategies. Goldpact Goblins also offers their services in Simplified Chinese through a dedicated team on the ground in Mainland China.
Since forming on January 1st, Goldpact Goblins has forged alliances with an impressive roster of partners:

While these early partnerships have filled Goldpact Goblins’ capacity for full service projects, the company remains open for short-term consultancy, and will be able to provide full support starting from July 2026. Goldpact Goblins’ services are also regionally priced to ensure maximum impact.
