On September 19, local telco Yes lit up the city with Happy Party Vol. 1, the first in a series of events that aims to spotlight local talent in an intimate, unplugged setting. Held at the Yes Experience Store in Lot 10, guests were treated to tiny-desk style performances from artists Empty Page, MR TWO FIVE and Smooth Brain Girly.
In between performances, guests could sip on refreshing Iced Bandung Lattes or Sirap Limau from Kopikku, or even take home exclusive Happy Party merchandise, including totebags and tumblers. The Happy Party tumblers could also be customised with colourful Happy Beads for a more personal touch.

The centerpiece of the event was undoubtedly the hands-on showcase for the brand-new iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone Air, where visitors could try out the new phones for themselves – or even take them home by signing up for the Yes Infinite+ & Infinite Cashback plan. The plan boasts itself as Malaysia’s most affordable plan for the iPhone 17, offering the iPhone 17 Pro from RM65 per month, and the iPhone Air from RM52 per month.
“Happy Party is about celebrating joy, style and the freedom to own the latest technology without breaking the bank,” said Wing K. Lee, Chief Executive Officer of YTL Communications. “At Yes, we believe happiness should be accessible to everyone — and through our plans and offers, we’re showing that staying connected, stylish and ahead of the curve doesn’t have to come at a premium.”
