Indie game publisher CRITICAL REFLEX recently hosted their first-ever CRITICAL REFLEX TIME showcase, featuring a host of games from the publisher’s new and upcoming lineup. - A new trailer for Drowned Lake, an upcoming found-footage-style horror title inspired by Brazilian folklore, mixing first-person and isometric perspectives. A Steam playtest is now available.
- Altered Alma, a pixel art dating sim/Metroidvania hybrid, released a new trailer and updated Steam demo.
- The horror mystery RPG HEAVY AS STONE and high-octane horror shooter SCP: Valravn both released new teasers.
- Burden Street Station dropped a new gameplay trailer, featuring all the wild characters you’ll encounter on this surreal and shapeshifting narrative journey about finding God.
- The paranoia-driven thriller No, I’m not a Human and chaotic trolley conductor game TROLEU are out now on Steam.
- The unique lofi nightmare Eclipsium releases in just a few days on September 19, while October 6 will see the launch of the folklore horror journey CARIMARA: Beneath the forlorn limbs.
- A new trailer for the dice-powered action roguelite GIMMIKO was released.
- CRITICAL REFLEX teased their next season of games, including Flawless Abbey, IDET, and Regular Home Renovation Simulator.
- Mouthwashing will celebrate its one-year anniversary with an all-new animation by Joetastic, expected to release later this month on the Joetastic YouTube channel.
