Berangin Creative have officially delayed their debut game Kejora to 8th January 2026. Originally set to release on 4th September 2025, the game’s release was shifted in order to avoid clashing with Team Cherry’s highly anticipated Hollow Knight: Silksong, which also releases on 4th September.
“We hold only respect for Team Cherry, and for anyone working on the beloved series; Hollow Knight has, and always will be, a standout game, and it is one of the most anticipated titles in the gaming industry – for a good reason,” shared Berangin Creative in a statement.
“Taking everything into account, we have made the decision to postpone the game’s release. This was a tough choice made by both the Soft Source and Berangin Creative team, but we have agreed that by releasing it on the same day as Silksong, Kejora will not get the attention it deserves.”
Kejora will now release on 8th January 2026 via Steam, Epic Games Store, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4/5, and Xbox Series X|S. The game is a narrative mystery title that boasts detailed hand-drawn animation, following a young girl named Kejora as she and her friends uncover the origins of a mysterious time loop that has cursed their village.
