CD PROJEKT RED and Go On Board recently announced The Witcher: Legacy, a new board game set in The Witcher universe. The game is a story-driven adventure that can be played either solo or cooperatively with up to four players.
In The Witcher: Legacy, players take on the role of Wolf School witchers, hunting down those responsible for a brutal attack that left the school devastated but not fully destroyed. Players will explore vast lands, battle monsters, train their skills, and manage limited resources — all the while seeking to unravel a conspiracy that threatens the very existence of witchers.
Taking place across multiple scenarios, this main adventure features a sprawling and branching narrative. Players will be faced with difficult decisions that will shape their story and weave a unique, immersive tale that carries consequences from one session to the next.
The game is currently available for crowdfunding via Gamefound. Fans who follow and participate in the project will receive an exclusive Gorgon monster miniature, a creature that has never before appeared in any Witcher video game. More updates on the game and its crowdfunding campaign will also be made through Gamefound.
