Double Delicious: Ryoko Kui & Delicious In Dungeon Exhibitions Open In Malaysia Until Sept 28

From 1st August until 28th September, INCUBASE Arena Malaysia presents the official Ryoko Kui Exhibition and ‘Delicious In Dungeon’ Exhibition in a unique two-in-one experience! Following successful showcases in Japan and Hong Kong, the popular exhibition arrives in Southeast Asia for the first time, featuring exclusive photo zones and limited-edition giveaways only available in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The experience begins with the Ryoko Kui Exhibition, featuring over 150 reproduced illustrations and original artwork created by Japanese manga artist Ryoko Kui. Prior to releasing Delicious in Dungeon in 2014, she was best known for her award-winning short stories series Terrarium in Drawer. Her unique approach to storytelling which blends fantasy, humor, and culinary creativity has earned her a dedicated global following.

The Ryoko Kui Exhibition also highlights the Delicious in Dungeon manga, which follows adventurer Laios and his companions as they delve into dungeons and cook the monsters they encounter. The manga was serialised in seinen manga magazine Harta from February 2014 to September 2023, and was adapted into an anime series in 2024.

Fans of the Delicious in Dungeon manga will be treated to a rare, up-close look at the artistry and imagination behind both the creator and the beloved series. This includes behind-the-scenes stories from the production of the manga, and even special illustrations prepared exclusively for the exhibition.

The second half of the experience continues with the ‘Delicious in Dungeon’ Exhibition which highlights the anime adaptation produced by Studio Trigger. This immersive exhibition brings the iconic world of the hit anime and manga series to life with faithfully recreated scenes that will leave your mouth watering.

As you adventure through the ‘Delicious in Dungeon’ Exhibition, visitors will also be able to collect stamps to recreate the Huge Scorpion and Walking Mushroom Hotpot artwork, which you can bring home as a souvenir.

At the end of the experience, visitors can check out the official pop-up store featuring ‘Delicious in Dungeon’ merchandise imported from Japan with prices ranging from RM20 to RM1,000. This includes merchandise artwork created by Ryoko Kui exclusively for the exhibition, and even themed cookware if you’re looking to upgrade your kitchen.

Not only that, the INCUBASE Arena themed café will feature a ‘Delicious in Dungeon’ menu throughout the duration of the exhibition. Special ticket bundles are offered to visitors who want to end the exhibition with a culinary experience:

  • Drink Bundle – RM62 (Includes 1 admission + 1 Drink + 1 Coaster free gift)
  • Meal Bundle – RM79 (Includes 1 admission + 1 Main Dish or Dessert + 2 Coaster free gift)
  • Feast Bundle – RM132 (Includes 1 admission + 1 Drink + 1 Main Dish + 1 Dessert + 3 Coaster free gift)

From our experience, we definitely recommend the Drink Bundle as the best value-for-money, as it comes with one free coaster featuring exclusive artwork of our main characters, while we would personally give the main dishes and desserts a skip.

The official Ryoko Kui Exhibition and ‘Delicious In Dungeon’ Exhibition is running from now until 28 September 2025 at INCUBASE Arena Malaysia, located on Level 2 at Fahrenheit88. Exhibition tickets can be purchased in-person, or via the Incutix website.
