The popular Indonesian-made title Troublemaker is set to release on Nintendo Switch this July 31, launched by Soft Source in partnership with developer Gamecom Team and publisher indie.io.
Troublemaker is an action-adventure beat ‘em up set in an Indonesian high school, inspired by titles such as RGG’s Yakuza series and Rockstar Games’ Bully. The game originally released in March of 2023, where it quickly became popular amongst Indonesian and Southeast Asian streamers.
In Troublemaker, you play as Budi, the newest transfer to one of Indonesia’s finest high schools, where you’ll need to punch, kick, and smash your way to the top of the social food chain using over 30 iconic moves. At the same time, you’ll be able to explore the schoolgrounds while gathering 20 different collectables.
Budi will also be joined by his gang Parakacuk, who will always have his back. Rani, the class president will lend her smarts, Zaenel, his might, and Boby… well he’s just Boby. Together, they’ll face the crushing mortal challenges of typical high school (or die trying).
