One of Singapore’s biggest celebrations of Japanese pop culture is set to return later this year, as the EOY Music, Comics & Arts Festival 2025 moves to a new home at the Raffles City Convention Centre. The event will take place on 27 and 28 December, offering two full days of performances, creative showcases and immersive cultural activities.
This year marks a significant milestone for the festival, which has been selected as part of the SG Culture Pass programme. Visitors will be able to redeem festival tickets using their Culture Pass credits, a move that signals the growing recognition of EOY’s role in promoting Japanese cultural appreciation and creative expression among local audiences.
Local & International Guests

The 2025 edition will feature a robust programme of performances from Singapore and across Asia. Four guest artistes and a cosplayer will headline the festival:
- Haruna Luna (Japan) – The popular singer and Harajuku fashion model, known for her anime theme songs for Fate/Zero and Sword Art Online, will make her debut EOY appearance.
- Ariku (Japan) – A versatile Odorite renowned for his wide-ranging dance styles and signature maid-inspired look.
- Manako (Japan) – A multitalented artiste known for her work with DANCEROID and Q’ulle, joining the EOY stage for the first time.
- Kael Pk (Thailand) – The seasoned cosplayer returns to Singapore after his memorable Ozymandias cosplay in 2018, bringing popular looks from Love and Deepspace.

Local and regional performers will also take the main stage throughout the day, including Singapore-based idol group Tokimeki JUMP, performer Cheryl Rein, cosplay troupe Nobrand Zhabors, dance duo HS.JOYSU, energetic quartet Kyururun!, and nine-member dance group madLABS.

A staple of the festival, the Creators’ Alley will showcase more than 100 independent artists and crafters. Visitors can explore a wide range of original artworks, handmade items, fashion pieces and accessories.
Unique highlights include on-the-spot commissions for everything from live sketches to custom keychains, and even fragrance blends. Fans will also have the opportunity to attend cosplayer meet-and-greets, featuring names such as MUNOKO沐子, Yukitora Keiji, Momoko Pigsfly and more.
