The story of Rent-A-Girlfriend will continue in Season 5, which will air sometime in 2026, according to an announcement made by the series’ official website and social media accounts. Character designer Kanna Hirayama also released a new illustration to commemorate the occasion.
The upcoming fifth season of Rent-A-Girlfriend will continue the Hawaii Arc from Season 4, which recently concluded on September 20. No other details have been announced at the time of writing.
The Rent-A-Girlfriend anime adapts a manga of the same name by Reiji Miyajima, which follows Kinoshita Kazuya, a 20-year-old college student who, after going through a breakup, starts using a rental girlfriend service. Various mishaps then ensue between him and Mizuhara Chizuru, the girl he meets through the service.
