Prepare to experience Spy x Family in a whole new way! The Malaysian TV station TV3 is currently airing the first season of Spy x Family, now with a brand-new Bahasa Malaysia voiceover. Check out the series trailer below:
The Bahasa Malaysia version of Spy x Family will air every Sunday at 11:00PM, and can be viewed on the TV channel or via its online platform Tonton. (Note: the Spy x Family dub is currently not available to stream on Tonton, which means you’ll have to catch every episode live as they air.)
TV3 previously aired a version of Spy x Family with the original Japanese voiceover and Bahasa Malaysia subtitles. The anime series is based on a manga of the same name by Tatsuya Endou, which follows Loid Forger, a spy who’s tasked with adopting a child and marrying a woman as part of an undercover mission. Unbeknownst to him, the child he adopts is a telepath named Anya, while his new wife is a skilled assassin named Yor.
The series is considered to be one of the best-selling manga series of all time, with over 38 million copies sold. Its anime adaptation has received just as much success, particularly in Malaysia, where it’s collaborated with brands such as Darlie, Guardian and AEON.
