The collection includes an official art book showcasing 180 pages of breathtaking background illustrations and in-depth interviews with artists and creators from five of Cygames’ most beloved titles: Granblue Fantasy, Shadowverse, Princess Connect! Re: Dive, Umamusume: Pretty Derby, and Granblue Fantasy: Relink. Complementing the book is a merchandise series featuring beautifully rendered backgrounds and key visuals.
The Cygames Background Art Exhibition 2024–2025 was a traveling exhibition visited six Japanese universities between May 30, 2024, and May 13, 2025, presenting a curated selection of backgrounds from five of Cygames’ flagship titles. The exhibition aimed to shines a spotlight on the oft-overlooked yet integral role of background art in game development, and featured interactive components such as portfolio reviews and creator-led talk sessions.
