From developer Bandai Namco Studios Singapore and publisher Kakehashi Games, 3D action platformer Hirogami is coming to PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam on September 3, 2025. The game was first revealed at Tokyo Game Show 2024, with a PlayStation release announced during the recent State of Play broadcast.
In Hirogami, players will assume the role of Hiro, a brave warrior defending their fragile world from digital invaders known as “the Blight”. Armed with the ancient art of folding, Hiro harnesses the power of origami animal forms to crash, smash, leap, roll, and soar through platforming puzzles and defeat foes.
Roll through obstacles and enemies alike as a hardy Armadillo, traverse the treetops and pound pests as a mighty Ape, and leap to previously unreachable heights as a formidable Frog, all against the authentic soundscape featuring traditional Japanese instruments.
