What is Heaven’s Official Blessing?

Of course, being a work by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu, it is a boys’ love, romance-focused story. However, if you think that’s all it is, you’re definitely in for a ride!

The story starts with the Crown Prince of Xianle, Xie Lian, ascending to the Heavens for the third time. In the past, during his stay in the divine world, his kingdom faced disruption and war, causing it to fall. Due to this, he now returns to the Earthly realm to carry out duties assigned by the Gods, and to help mortals in need, in hopes of relieving his debts and suffering. While on this journey, he meets an unexpected person who many have warned him not to get close to.

Based on the trailer, the story will begin with the Ghost City Rescue Mission Arc from the novel. Xie Lian will travel to the ghost realm, which is ruled by the Ghost King, Hua Cheng himself. How will the relationship between these two develop? We will have to wait and find out!

Fun fact: you can actually find the opening theme song for Season 2 online and it is performed by none other than Lu Han from EXO! It’s truly a treat to the ears and conveys the journey of both characters in a single song.

With that said, we will be looking forward to the beautiful animation and story that Season 2 has to bring! Although, it is unclear when the season will start airing.

If you have not watched Season 1 yet, what are you waiting for? It’s available on Netflix, so you can start watching right now!
