At New York Comic-Con 2026, the “Naruto: What’s Next?” panel revealed that the Naruto Card Game will recieve a simutaneous worldwide release in June 2027. The announcement was accompanied by a brand-new animated trailer, featuring a variety of popular characters from the series.
The game will launch with three Starter Decks, as well as its first Booster Set, “Here Comes Naruto Uzumaki!”. Fans can also look forward to joining advance trial events in conjunction with the game’s release.
Starter Decks
The first three Naruto Card Game Starter Decks are pre-constructed and centered around Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, and Gaara, featuring unique strategies and shinobi themed around each character. Each deck contains all the cards needed for players to jump into the game immediately upon purchase.
“Here Comes Naruto Uzumaki!” Booster Set
The game’s first Booster Set, “Here Comes Naruto Uzumaki!”, features a variety of characters from both Naruto and Naruto Shippuden. The Booster Set allows players to power up their Starter Deck, or collect more characters in order to build their very own original deck. More cards will be shown closer to the game’s official release.
Naruto Card Game Advance Trial Events
Participating card shops worldwide will also host ‘Naruto Card Game Advance Trial Events’, which will give fans their first opportunity to pick up the game and get hands-on with the cards. Exclusive playmats and premium cards will also be sold at these events, as well as during official Bandai Card Games Fest events.
The Naruto Card Game is slated for a June 2027 release. More details will be shown at Jump Festa 2027, happening in Japan this December 19 and 20.
