Malaysia’s First Monster Hunter Café Collaboration Debuts At Japan Rail Café KL, Lot 10

Malaysian fans of Monster Hunter now have the rare opportunity to experience the game: Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection beyond the screen, right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

From 8th May 2026, Japan Rail Café KL (located on the 4th floor of Lot 10) will transform into a Monster Hunter Stories 3 inspired space for a limited six-week run until 21st June 2026. The collaboration merges themed aesthetics and exclusive menu items with hands-on gameplay for a truly interactive experience.

Visitors can step into a world of life-size character cut-outs and franchise-inspired visual elements, a setting designed for both fans and social moments alike.

The experience extends to the plate with a specially curated menu available exclusively during the campaign. Highlights include a XXL half-and-half pizza featuring two flavours, alongside a range of creatively inspired drinks.

The Japanese Teriyaki Chicken & Butter Chicken Masala set offers a more flavourful Japanese-Western fusion, while the Spicy Beef Sausage & TAMAKI offers a milder option to suit your taste buds. The combo can also be upgraded to include themed Monster Hunter drinks: the melon-flavoured green Potion, the orange-flavoured blue Antidote, and the watermelon-flavoured red Zest Pill.

Adding to the exclusivity, each purchase from the collaboration menu includes a limited-edition “Monster Hunter Stories 3 x Japan Rail Café” coaster. Designed as a collectible keepsake, these coasters offer fans a tangible piece of the journey to take home while stocks last.

The adventure continues beyond the dining table, where guests can head to dedicated game stations to experience Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection firsthand. Recently launched in March, CAPCOM’s latest turn-based RPG weaves a rich story of a kingdom on the brink of war. Players step into the shoes of the heir to Azuria, embarking on a quest involving a mysterious twist of fate and the birth of two fabled Rathalos.

As one of Malaysia’s first café collaborations with CAPCOM featuring the Monster Hunter franchise, this limited time themed café is a must-visit for anyone looking to experience the fusion of Japanese pop culture and social dining.

The quality of the dishes combined with the rarity of the collaboration coasters also makes the experience great value for money, whether you’re discovering the game for the first time or revisiting it with friends.
