Looking for a new cozy game to play? You might want to keep tabs on HoYoverse’s next title. The company is set to break away from their usual fare of action-adventure games with Petit Planet, a life simulation game where players can nurture a planet of their own, eventually connecting with other planets to form a galaxy.
True to the life sim genre, Petit Planet will be filled with various joyful yet relaxing activities — planting, fishing, beachcombing, mining, cooking, and crafting. Players can also get to know their fuzzy new Neighbors by conversing and exchanging gifts, while also customising everything from their outfits, to their homes, and even the sky, grasslands, and beaches.
Players can also take a Starsea Voyage to explore unknown Islets, where you can discover rare creatures, uncover hidden recipes, and forge unexpected friendships across the galaxy. Beyond exploration lies the Galactic Bazaar, an ever-bustling social hub where players can befriend other fans.
The game is currently confirmed for PC and mobile, with additional platforms currently in development. Players can now sign up for a chance to join its “Closed Beta Coziness Test”, available at planet.hoyoverse.com.
