Earlier today, Capcom showed off a wealth of new updates for Monster Hunter Wilds‘ Free Title Update 3 during its Tokyo Game Show online program. The update, which launches this September 29, will include plenty of new features and cosmetics for players to enjoy.
Arch-tempered Nu Udra
Face Arch-tempered Nu Udra in the ultimate hunting challenge, starting 22nd October in an event quest, and 29th October in a free challenge quest! Using its exclusive materials, hunters can craft the Nu Udra γ armor series and Palico equipment.
New Quest Completion Animations
Players can find new animations in the latest DLC. Customize your experience by selecting your preferred animation in the Quest Completion Animation Priority setting at the Quest Counter.
New Gesture Set
Enjoy four nostalgic gestures from the past, now available as free DLC.
Event Quests
More Event Quests will be released regularly! Event quests will offer materials to craft special equipment and Rare 8 Artian weapon parts, along with challenge quests targeting Seregios.
Seasonal Event
The Festival of Accord: Dreamspell event will transform the Grand Hub with a a strange, ominous flair, featuring a seasonal meal, special new equipment, gestures, and pop-up camp decorations. This event will run from 22nd October 2025, to 12th November 2025.
Cosmetic DLC Pack 3
Add fresh visual flair to your hunting adventure with Cosmetic DLC Pack 3, a bundle of stylish content available 29th September 2025.
Free Title Update Roadmap
Development is underway for the Free Title Update 4, planned for December 2025. This update will introduce the new monster Gogmazioss, and expand endgame content. Further details will be announced at a later date.
