‘Mecha BREAK’ Launches Season 1: Pulse of the Indigo Stone Update

Amazing Seasun Games’ sci-fi action shooter Mecha BREAK has launched its new Season 1 update on Steam for Windows PC and Xbox Series X|S. Titled “Pulse of the Indigo Stone”, it features a slate of new content, including two new strikers, HEL and ALPHARD, who will join Mecha BREAK’s sizable cast.

“ALPHARD is a no-nonsense assault Striker designed for pure speed and firepower. Pilots will need sharp precision and timing to unleash its full potential,” said Executive Producer of Mecha BREAK and CEO of Amazing Seasun Games, Kris Kwok, “While HEL is a versatile mid-weight attacker with a ton of strategic options. They’re two incredibly fun and versatile Strikers to pilot, and with our players’ creativity, we’re sure it’ll lead to some innovative gameplay.”

New Strikers

  • HEL excels at long-range sniping and artillery strikes. Abilities such as Reflective Attack and Deception make HEL a master of mimetic optical camouflage, allowing it to infiltrate enemy lines, remain undetected, and wreak havoc with ease.

When carrying out infiltration missions, players can appear near critical military installations behind enemy lines, and by using its emitter for precise strikes, HEL can melt targets before vanishing without a trace.
  • ALPHARD is a medium-weight Striker optimised for high-speed assault. Equipped with a groundbreaking thruster, ALPHARD’s exceptional speed can easily overwhelm opponents’ reaction times, unleashing a devastating barrage of ammunition that engulfs enemy positions in flames.

ALPHARD can lead teams as the vanguard, spearheading the initial assault to breach enemy defences, clear frontline positions, and create openings for follow-up forces to advance. ALPHARD is specifically designed for outer space combat, however, exceptional firepower and mobility make it equally well-suited for tactical bombing runs.

Gameplay Updates

Mecha BREAK Season 1: Pulse of the Indigo Stone also features more optimisations and balance updates, including:

  • 8 new seasonal weapons from Howitzers to Decoy Drones and Exclusive Skins
  • STRIKER ARCHIVE: NARUKAMI TYPE-S and its exclusive pilot: Kanon Kamiya
  • More Special Strikers & Pilots such as SERENITH CUSTOM
  • Improved tutorial sessions linking the core gameplay
  • Improved Battle Pass system “Matrix Selections” and “Matrix Contract” now provide greater rewards and greater flexibility in earning additional rewards as they accumulate mission tokens
  • Additional daily, weekly and monthly missions for more chances at Supply Crates and rewards from Matrix Selections
