Infinity Nikki’s Version 1.7 update, Blue Tears Season, is set to feature a variety of new, ethereal outfits, inspired by the update’s storyline about loss and sorrow. The centrepiece of the event is the new “Tide of Tears” outfit, which can be evolved into three different looks, culminating in the blazing Tide of Tears: Amber Fire outfit.
Here’s how to obtain all the new outfits:
Tide of Tears
- Duration: July 7 (After Server Launch) – July 29, 12:49 (UTC-7)
- How to obtain: Resonance in “In Tears, We Meet Again”
- Ability – Tidal Lament: World Rhythms: A special water zone will appear beneath Nikki’s feet, which can be used near fishing spots to draw more fish to her, increasing bite rates during fishing.
Nightlight Whispers
- Duration: July 7 (After Server Launch) – July 29, 12:49 (UTC-7)
- How to obtain: Resonance in “In Tears, We Meet Again”
- Abilities: When catching insects while wearing this outfit, the lamp in hand will display white light; when catching a Glimmerdrop, the lamp in hand will display green light; when catching a Bustlefly, the lamp will display yellow light; when catching a Glimmerdrop within the event map area, the lamp will display blue light.
Resonance Milestone Reward
Upon reaching 160 Resonance attempts in “In Tears, We Meet Again,” players can claim the decoration “Time Echoglass”.
Midnight Gleam
- Duration: July 7 (After Server Launch) – July 29, 12:49 (UTC-7)
- How to obtain: Complete the limited-time event When Blue Tears Overflow to unlock for free. (Check out our missions guide here!)
A number of new cosmetics will also be available through the new Blue Tears Treasures section of the Store, including outfits, poses for both solo and co-op modes, and even a new Cloak for Momo.
