Publisher and distributor Justdan, in partnership with Gamepia Co., Ltd. and developer Team Tetrapod, has officially confirmed that Staffer Retro: A Supernatural Mystery Quest will release on the Nintendo Switch in 2026, happening simultaneously with its previously announced PC launch.
Staffer Retro: A Supernatural Mystery Quest is an adventure game featuring a unique deduction system where players use psychic abilities to track clues and uncover the truth behind mysterious cases. The title will mark the series’ first simultaneous release across PC and the Nintendo Switch.
Team Tetrapod is also preparing a new crowdfunding campaign in collaboration with the Japanese platform CAMPFIRE, aiming to strengthen communication with fans eagerly anticipating the game. Further details will be announced at a later date.
The game will also be showcased at major events in Japan, including Tokyo Indie Games Summit 2026 and Happinet Game Festival! 2026, where attendees will be able to experience the game firsthand and interact with the development team.
