This May 16, Singapore’s Jurong East Stadium is set to be transformed with a special event featuring four Hololive VTubers. Talents Sakura Miko, Omaru Polka, Kobo Kanaeru and Mori Calliope will appear at the event, happening in conjunction with the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Singapore and Japan.
The centerpiece of the event is a match between Singapore’s Young Lions and Japan’s Albirex Niigata (S) football teams, each wearing exclusive 60th anniversary commemorative uniforms. The match will also be streamed live on Mori Calliope’s YouTube channel, allowing fans worldwide to catch the excitement.
Fans can also expect screenings of original music videos, special greetings, a mini talk show, and even a special halftime performance, set to be conducted in English, Japanese, and other languages. A line of match-exclusive merchandise, including jerseys, acrylic standees and clear folders, is also available for purchase on the event website.
Tickets for the event will cost $21 each, with sales scheduled to begin in April. More details will be released via the event website.
