Developed by Indonesia-based indie studio Leolit Games, War Angels is a survival base-building game where you run a hospital set in the middle of a warzone. With scarce food, limited medicine, and waves of critically injured patients, every decision becomes a moral struggle that tests your humanity.
While struggling to keep your war-torn hospital alive, you’ll face branching narrative arcs with multiple endings, each shaped by difficult moral dilemmas. Scarce resources force you to decide who you will save: children, those with the best chance of survival, or the journalist who could expose the truth.
Inspired by real events plaguing the world, the developers were inspired to create a game that would deliver a message about the suffering caused by war. Their hope is to express empathy through their game, leaving players with plenty to ponder over — whether it’s the suffering of patients or the mental struggles of doctors.
