Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club: Final Chapter – The Final Film, the third and last film in the Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club: Final Chapter series, will get its Japanese release in Winter 2027. A new teaser visual was released along with the announcement.
Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club is an anime spin-off of the Love Live! multimedia project, which began airing in 2020. The series launched its Final Chapter film trilogy with Part 1 in 2024 and Part 2 in 2025, which officially serves as the conclusion to the anime’s storyline.
Much of the anime’s core staff is involved with the production of the Final Chapter trilogy, including director Tomoyuki Kawamura, scriptwriter Jin Tanaka, and animation by Sunrise. International release dates have yet to be published for the final film, but in the meantime Malaysian fans can still catch Part 2 in local theatres starting this January 15.
