Indonesia-Based Strayflux Launches Debut Game, As I Began to Dream

Indonesian hand-drawn puzzle platformer As I Began to Dream is out now on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam and Epic Games. In this gorgeous puzzle platformer, you play as a young girl stuck in a dreamlike limbo world. Set off on a journey through grief and loss as she solves puzzles, and navigate worlds drawn from her memories and experiences.

Meet the mysterious residents of this strange world, and help them along your way to the Golden Tower, a shining beacon of light in the horizon, and your destination. Find out what led Lily to this surreal limbo world, and accompany her on her journey to find peace and acceptance with what happened.

A brand-new launch trailer edited by David Paterson, accompanied with a new, original track by Indonesian composer JabFina shows a glimpse into the wonderfully crafted realms, tricky, clicky puzzles, and the beautifully hand-drawn cutscenes of As I Began to Dream. Developer Strayflux and publisher Soft Source have also announced that an artbook, soundtrack, and physical edition are planned for release in 2026!
