‘Dead Space’ Creator Glen Schofield Headlines Gamescom Asia X Thailand Game Show

Glen Schofield, the creator of Dead Space and co-founder of Sledgehammer Games, will be keynoting gamescom asia x Thailand Games Show 2025’s B2B show. Happening in Bangkok this October, Schofield will be sharing his insights into creative inspiration and how he comes up with new ideas.

Over 70 speakers from 20 countries have also been confirmed for the conference, including:

  • Marvel Games’ Danny Koo (Marvel Rivals)
  • Ubisoft’s Alex Karpazis (Rainbow Six: Siege X, Far Cry 5, and more)
  • Gearbox’s Fleur Marty (Far Cry, and more)
  • Wargaming’s Eric Shin (World of Warships and World of Tanks)
  • Many more speakers from the likes of Bethesda, Jumbo Jumps, and Pocketpair 

On the consumer side of the show, top publishers and gaming studios will be showing off their latest games, including 4Divinity, Amazing Seasun, Bandai Namco Entertainment, CAPCOM, Daedalic Entertainment, HoYoverse, Mytona, Nintendo, Razer Game Services, Staika, The Pokémon Company, Ubisoft, Ukiyo Studios, VNGGames & NCV Games, Thermite Games and XBOX.

Visitors will also get to witness exciting stage activities, including a Street Fighter 6 tournament, a cosplay competition, and other activities that have yet to be unannounced. The event aims to become the premier gaming convention across Asia Pacific, where the Eastern and Western gaming industries can meet to drive collaboration.

gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show will take place from 16 – 19 October 2025 at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Bangkok, Thailand.
