GSC International Screens, the non-mainstream, foreign-language arm of local cinema chain GSC, will be airing a Director’s Cut version of Link Click: Bridon Arc for a limited time this 18 to 20 April. The news was first announced by GSC on its social media pages.
Link Click is a popular Chinese animated series that follows Cheng Xiaoshi and Lu Guang, the owners of Time Photo Studio. Cheng Xiaoshi can travel back in time to the moment a photograph was taken, even assuming the identity of its photographer, while Lu Guang has the ability to keep track of events in time. Together, they accept requests from their clients to solve various mysteries from the past.
Bridon Arc originally aired as a six-episode prequel series from December 2024 to January 2025. It serves as a prequel to the first season of Link Click, showing events that took place before the start of the series. The upcoming Director’s Cut version will not only compile all six episodes into a theatrical experience, but also include exclusive bonus content for fans.
The movie will be available through limited special screenings, happening at selected GSC outlets across Malaysia. More information is expected to be released soon via GSC’s official website.
