In conjunction with Jao Tim‘s Original Malaysian Made Music Month, FAZZ and the Raja Farouk Winds Ensemble will be presenting a night full of original pieces from their first album all the way to their post-lockdown tunes — all arranged for a winds ensemble!
Formed in 2011, FAZZ is a five-piece band focused on the delivery of swing with other influences, such as electronic, dance, pop, and rock. Showmanship and storytelling is their signature on stage, heavily influenced by theatre as an art form. Those with the pleasure of watching them perform live can attest to the high, infectious, and chaotic energy they bring to every stage.
The show happening this August 24th will mark their first full fledged showcase staged at Jao Tim. The band also teases that “many many things are coming together”, so you won’t want to miss the first steps in their exciting journey to come!
