Beatrix Joins Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising Roster In Version 1.40 Update

A new update for Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising, developed by Arc System Works, was released on May 23rd for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Steam. This update comes with the new playable DLC character Beatrix, her Premium Avatar, Weapon Cutout, Badge, and a bonus Beatrix SSR Character Weapon Draw Ticket for Granblue Fantasy.

Beatrix is a Society agent and the proud contractor of the seal weapon Embrasque. Fueled by its karma-devouring power and her own unyielding spirit, Beatrix dives headlong into the thick of battle on her missions, all in pursuit of glory and a hefty paycheck. She is voiced by Jennifer Losi in English and Aya Hirano in Japanese.

The Version 1.40 update also comes with Battle Pass Round 4, which includes additional in-game items that can be unlocked, such as character illustrations, music, badges, trophies, and more. A new lobby avatar, Shark, can also be obtained as a battle pass reward.

Players can obtain even more rewards by purchasing the Premium Battle Pass Round 4 DLC, which includes an Indigo Witch costume for Beatrix in addition to exclusive character colors and weapon skins.

Lancelot has also received a new Knight’s Finery character costume! The new costume and eight colour variations can be used both in battle and the Figure Studio. More costumes are planned to be added in future updates.
