Monster Hunter has arrived in Street Fighter 6! Set to roll out progressively starting April 1st, the Monster Hunter 20th Anniversary event is happening now in-game, alongside the introduction of the new Fighting Pass.
The premium rewards for April’s Fighting Pass include avatar equipment such as the Rathalos Helm, Rathalos Mail, Rathalos Coil, Rathalos Greaves, and the Felyne Head. Other premium rewards also include the Happy Hunting camera frame, the title Gimmie it Well-Done and the Hunter’s Dance emote representing the Monster Hunter series.
Using the Fighting Pass, you can earn points based on the time spent playing Street Fighter 6, and by accumulating a certain number of points, you can level up and receive various rewards. However, these Monster Hunter themed rewards are only available via the Premium Fighting Pass.
Another highlight is the Monster Hunter themed accessories which are now available in The Hub Goods Shop in the Battle Hub. These can be purchased using Fighter Coin (FC) or Drive Ticket (DT). Players can also obtain the avatar equipment Wyvern Jawblade by watching tutorials in the Battle Hub during the event period.
Not only that, players can receive 2,000 DT by participating in the voting event will be held in the Battle Hub. Starting from 8th April (Monday) at 3:00PM (GMT+8), vote your favourite weapon type in the Monster Hunter series to receive your free currency.
Street Fighter 6 will also be hosting special events to celebrate Kimberly and JP’s birthdays happening this month. Not only will you receive DT and birthday character play points, there will also be character-exclusive tournaments to join!
