The newest mobile game from Uta no Prince-sama has been announced in conjunction with its 13th anniversary, and it is titled ‘Utano☆Princesama Live Emotion’. The previous mobile game from the franchise, ‘Utano Princesama Shining Live’ launched globally in 2018, and ended its service in December 2023.
Uta no Prince-sama is a romance visual novel that follows main character Haruka Nanami, who joins the prestigious Saotome Academy with dreams of becoming a composer and someday writing a song for her favourite idol. There, she becomes acquainted with six of her classmates who are all competing to become idols.
Japanese media company Broccoli has announced that idols from Shining Agency and Raging Entertainment will appear in-game, although little else is known about the new title. The game is currently slated to release in 2024.
