Following the 2024 IGF Awards at the Game Developers Conference (GDC), the Game Developers Choice Awards ceremony celebrated winners in twelve categories ranging from creativity and artistry to technical genius.
Baldur’s Gate 3 swept the awards with four wins for Game of the Year, Best Design, Best Narrative and the Audience Award. Meanwhile, Venba from Visai Games walked away with two wins for Best Debut and Social Impact Award. Earlier today, the studio also won the Seumas McNally Grand Prize at the IGF Awards.
