Calling all anime and cosplay fans! Get ready to attend the first ACG event of the year – Season4Otaku 2024: Nimakoku Monogatari. Taking place at Atria Shopping Gallery on the 27th and 28th of January, you can expect a weekend filled with fun, excitement, and even a few spooky surprises.
Haunted House
Prepare for a spine-chilling time as Season4Otaku will be teaming up with 7th Sense to bring you a haunted house experience unlike any other!
The story takes inspiration from the cultural practice of ghost marriage, a ceremony where people marry a deceased person to ensure that they have a companion in the afterlife. Miss Lin, the daughter of a wealthy family, becomes involved in a ghost marriage after her death. Unfortunately, her groom also dies with grievances and his ghost now seeks revenge against the Lin family.

Performances & Competitions
Visitors to Season4Otaku: Nimakoku Monogatari will also have the opportunity to experience highlights from different cultures, such as the Bian Lian or mask-changing performance from XueFeng Mask King on Day 1. Adding to the festivities are a Guzheng anime song performance from Caryn Lew, and an ancient Chinese dance presented by Qian Hui.
Season4Otaku will also feature a Hanfu Catwalk Competition, where eager contestants will be showcasing their best hanfu looks to judges JY and Akira, who are an experienced cosplayer and a local hanfu group leader respectively.
Rounding out the stage highlights are a mesmerizing variety of song and dance performances from guests such as Taro, Keito, Estee and Rina, as well as singing and dancing competitions which will see contestants demonstrating their best moves to a panel of judges.
Art & Cosplay Booths
Finally, visitors to Season4Otaku will also have the chance to explore a variety of art and cosplay booths, where many talented artists and cosplayers will be showcasing their unique creations.
