With Ramadan drawing to a close, THE MAGIC RAIN presented 2 days of food and fun from 11AM to 9PM with Dine ‘N Dine: Buka Puasa, a new spin off from Dice ‘N Dine to mark the festive season! This time, visitors could experience twice the fun as the event was held at the Garden Dining Food Court on level 4, as well as the Cafeteria on level LG1.
But what would a Dice ‘N Dine be without its signature Stamp Rally? Visitors had to perform simple tasks in exchange for a random food voucher from five participating outlets, spread out between the Garden Dining Food Court and the Cafeteria. They could complete the card on either floor, and head to the other to win once more.
There was a wonderful selection of both vendors and board game designers promoting their stores, with fan merchandise, handcrafted items, and games galore! Players itching for a competition could also take part in the Azul and Exploding Kittens tournaments.
We also partnered with Drug Free Malaysia, a non-profit dedicated to supporting youth affected by drug abuse. Visitors could donate new or used board games to in order to help build their board game library, and leave a message for the youth in a message book. Children from the charity were also treated to the wealth of activities at Dice N Dine: Buka Puasa, including board games and miniature painting, complete with a delicious meal provided to break their fast.
