Macross Frontier Galaxy Live☆Final 2025 will officially release on Blu-ray this April 29, featuring a newly revealed Blu-ray jacket and package design created by Macross artist Risa Ebata. The Blu-ray records the largest Macross live concert in the series’ history, which took place from July 26-27 at K Arena in Yokohama.
The Blu-ray release will come in three editions: The Complete “Yack Deculture” Special Edition, limited edition, and standard edition. Each including the full concert and encore that took place on July 27, with additional perks for the Special Edition and limited edition Blu-rays.
The Complete “Yack Deculture” Special Edition comes in a deluxe package with silver foil and holographic details, as well as a photobook of the concert and a bonus blu-ray disc featuring songs from the first day of the concert, making-of footage, and interviews. The Special Edition also includes straps from the event venue with comments from May’n and Megumi Nakajima, making them a truly unique commemorative item that fans won’t want to miss.
Meanwhile, the limited edition Blu-ray comes with a bonus disc and photobook, stored in a tri-fold digi-pak sleeve case.
