Digimon Story Time Stranger Launches Demo On Consoles & PC

The highly anticipated Digimon Story Time Stranger, the first entry in the Digimon Story franchise in ten years, has released its demo today on consoles and PC, and contains two sections of the gameplay for fans to try out.

First, you’ll be able to try the game’s prologue, where as an ADAMAS agent, you’ll have to investigate a mysterious disturbance happening around Shinjuku. Any progress made in this section of the game will transfer to the full version of the game when it launches.

After completing the first demo section, a new menu option will be available from the start screen to skip ahead in the game and explore Iliad, the Digital World where Digimon reside, with an available mission to explore and complete a quest. Only proggress in the first demo section will transfer to the final game.

Digimon Story Time Stranger is designed to be the perfect entry point to the series for RPG enthusiasts. The game’s multiple settings in both the human and digital worlds sets the stage for exploring the deep bond between people in the human world and creatures called Digimon, who reside in the Digital World: Iliad.

Players must work together with them, forging bonds, and evolving their Digimon’s abilities to unravel the game’s mystery and save the worlds. The full version of the game launches on October 3rd for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam.
