Critical Reflex, the indie game publisher behind viral hits like Mouthwashing, Buckshot Roulette and Arctic Eggs, will be hosting their first game showcase this September 15. Titled Critical Reflex Time, the 30-minute showcase will feature new trailers and other surprises from across the studio’s diverse lineup.
Critical Reflex Time will feature trailers from a dozen new and upcoming games in the Critical Reflex collection, including:
- Altered Alma, a cyberpunk metroidvania with RPG and dating sim elements
- GIMMIKO, a psychedelic, cat-based, twin-stick, dice-building action roguelite
- The off-kilter, non-linear narrative adventure game Burden Street Station
- A new look at a character from the surrealist immersive sim Militsioner
- The Brazilian folklore-inspired survival horror game Drowned Lake
In addition to the new trailers, Critical Reflex Time will also kick off a week-long celebration of new game launches:
- On September 15, players can steel themselves for the release of Trioskaz’s apocalyptic, paranoia-inducing thriller No, I’m Not A Human
- andrground’s unhinged first-person trolley conductor game TROLEU will debut on September 15
- Housefire’s unnerving, dreamlike Eclipsium will close out the week when it launches on September 19
