Genshin Impact has debuted the first in-game look at new character, Flins, at the HoYoverse booth at gamescom 2025. The event also featured its first offline booth experience of the new version, teasing the upcoming region, Nod-Krai.
The Nod-Krai is the new region featured in the game’s major annual expansion. This region marks the beginning of a new chapter in the game’s main storyline, bringing together new and familiar factions from across Teyvat.
A new trailer, premiered at gamescom introduced Flins, a skilled Lightkeeper warrior making his debut in Nod-Krai. In the trailer, he is seen to face the threat of the Wild Hunt with valor and grace.
At their gamescom booth, Genshin Impact fans immersed themselves in a showcase of unique factions and an interactive challenge where players can help the new character Flins defeat the Wild Hunt.
Visitors also enjoyed a variety of entertainment and special perks, including cosplay and live band performances on stage, exclusive merchandise, and a chance to try limited-edition items from the HoYoverse Café menu.
