Massive Monster and Devolver Digital have announced Woolhaven, the next major expansion for their hit cult simulator Cult of the Lamb. Scheduled for release in early 2026, the expansion introduces a new frozen realm, additional gameplay systems, and a darker chapter in the game’s lore.
In Woolhaven, players are summoned by a forgotten God to a mysterious mountain, where they must rebuild their flock and uncover the hidden history of lambkind. The expansion features a full-length campaign and new mechanics centered around survival in harsh winter conditions.
New Features
- Town restoration & lore: Rebuild the lost settlement of Woolhaven and uncover the past of the fallen lambs.
- Survival challenges: Endure blizzards and freezing temperatures by constructing new buildings to protect followers from frostbite and famine.
- Ranching & animal breeding: Unlock the ability to raise rare creatures that provide wool, warmth, and resources for your cult. These animals can be tamed, ridden, and cared for by followers.
- New dungeons: Explore two large, storm-ravaged dungeons filled with corrupted creatures tied to the mysterious Rot.
The expansion will be available as a paid add-on across PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
