Jagex recently announced RuneScape: Dragonwilds, an new instalment in the beloved Runescape franchise. In this new open-world survival game, dragons have awoken on the forgotten continent of Ashenfall, and you’ll have to gather, build, learn skills and craft to survive the challenges they bring.
Players can use magic to survive, level up skills, and overcome challenges, such as by using spectral axes to fell trees or channeling nature’s energy to repair their armour. Runescape: Dragonwilds’ unique progression system will allow players to unlock new spells and craft more recipes and abilities.
You can also choose to play solo or with up to three friends as you explore Ashenfall, a hand-crafted landscape powered by Unreal Engine 5, that’s filled with ancient secrets and legendary creatures. Master survival and discover the truth – alone or with allies – to overcome and slay the Dragon Queen.
