Soulslike adventure Another Crab’s Treasure will celebrate its first year anniversary with the YEAR OF THE CRAB update, a free content update that will release on April 21 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, with a Nintendo Switch release soon after.
The free update will feature a new game plus mode, new upgrades and unlocks, new costumes for Kril, a boss rush mode, and brand new achievements/trophies. The new game plus mode will add new moves to bosses, some new items, and updates to almost every enemy encounter in the game.
“New Game Plus is by far the most requested from the community ever since we launched Another Crab’s Treasure, and the response to the game has been so overwhelming that we thought we might as well! ” says Caelan Pollock, Writer & Creative Director at Aggro Crab.
Aggro Crab will also be collaborating with iam8bit to release physical editions that will include the full game and DLC on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5. More details for the physical versions of Another Crab’s Treasure will be released soon.
