Following the tremendous success of its 2024 edition, Philia’s PlayFest is set to return for an even bigger and more exciting celebration in 2025. The event will take place on November 22-23, 2025, happening simultaneously at the Haute École Albert Jacquard in Namur, Belgium, and in Manila, the Philippines.
The event aims to highlight creativity and innovation in the video game and streaming industries, bringing together participants from both Europe and Southeast Asia to share their experiences and knowledge. The 2024 PlayFest featured a diverse lineup of conferences, workshops, live game demos, competitions, and live streaming sessions for visitors to enjoy.

For 2025, the festival promises to raise the bar with an even more ambitious lineup. Visitors can look forward to exclusive announcements, world premieres, and immersive experiences that will showcase the best of the gaming and streaming world. The event will also feature opportunities to meet emerging creators and explore new ways of engaging with interactive media.
Philia’s PlayFest is organised by Philia Haven, a non-profit organization committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for children and single minor mothers. The 2024 edition of the event helped to fund over 7,000 meals and inspired the creation of the Streamers 4 Good Squad, a network that launches fundraisers for children.
