Dexter Team Games and Snapbreak have released a brand new pixel art adventure, The Abandoned Planet. This point-and-click adventure is a love letter to 90s games with an old school vibe. To commemorate this occasion, there will also be a 10% release day discount.
When a wormhole tears open in space, an astronaut is hurled down and crashes on a distant planet. But where is she? Where are all the inhabitants of the planet? And how is she going to get back home? Solve the puzzle and piece together the mystery in this 2D, pixel art, first person, point and click adventure.
Inspired by games like Myst and Riven with a dash of the LucasArt adventures of the 90s, The Abandoned Planet is sure to scratch that old-school adventure game itch. The game features over 300 unique areas to explore, fully animated cutscenes, and full English voice acting.
Dexter Team Games is actually just one person, Jeremy Fryc. He develops adventure games in an inter-connected universe, telling the saga of Dexter Stardust. The “team” in Dexter Team Games are Jeremy’s friends, Munk, Lola, and Alec who helped create the main protagonists of the saga and voice their characters.
