For the grand opening on January 3rd, 2024, there was a promising atmosphere with warmth and excitement. The day kicked off with a catering session in the afternoon, treating guests to Lazy Monday Tebing’s delectable offerings. As the sun set, we got ready for a star-studded night with performances by renowned Malaysian artists Masdo, Ronnie Hussein, and Mamat Exist.
Special appearances throughout the day included the esteemed Menteri Besar Johor, Dato Onn Hafiz, and an awe-inspiring showcase by Harley Davidson Johor Bahru bikers. Drum Funk set the tone for the evening with their tunes, and a captivating cosplay showcase added a dash of creativity. To cap off the night, a karaoke competition brought out the hidden stars among the crowd.
Lazy Monday Tebing’s mission is to be the perfect destination for families, couples, youngsters, and locals alike. The concept revolves around offering a diverse menu, generous portions, and an affordable dining experience that leaves a lasting impression. In the words of Datuk Siti Aminah binti Hj Ahmad, Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Lazy Monday Sdn Bhd, “We are grateful for being able to open another store, which is fully made by Malaysians.”
Lazy Monday Tebing’s menu highlights includes the Classic Big Cheese, Smoke Beef Brisket Burger, and the tantalizing Chilli Cheese Beef Fries. Each dish is crafted with precision, ensuring a delightful burst of flavors with every bite.
Our personal favourite was The Lazy Signature, a mouthwatering masterpiece featuring a beef patty, streaky beef strip, shoe string onion, caramelized onion, cheddar, sweet relish, and signature sauce. This is just one of the many culinary delights waiting to be explored at Lazy Monday Tebing.
