A while back, I wrote a review on Gakuen Babysitter’s manga which you can check out here if you’ve not already done so. To my absolute delight, an anime adaptation of this manga has just been announced!
Gakuen Babysitters centers around a high school boy, Kashima Ryuuichi and his younger brother, Kashima Kotarou. The brothers were taken in by the chairman of an elite academy whom they’ve never met before. In order to repay back the chairman, Ryuuichi then becomes the school daycare’s new babysitter.
According to a flyer from AnimeJapan 2017 event, it was revealed that the anime adaptation will begin airing in the first quarter of 2018 on channels including Animax, Tokyo MX and BS11 with a timeslot set to be ‘around midnight’. The anime will have 12 episodes. On 24th March 2017, Japanese company Hakusensha revealed a visual of the anime which features the two brothers, Kashima Ryuuichi and Kotarou.
I am really anticipating the release of this adaptation as it has been a long time coming. Till then!
